I think it needs a banner image, as that’s the first thing people see. You’re already working on that though from what I can see.
I created it in paint. I guess you can see that. Anything else that looks iffy?
The banner looks great! I would get rid of the pink floyd profile pic though, much as we all love them, you want to be taken seriously… One of the Meritocracy logos would be better
