Sounds like something that might be worth looking at and perhaps trying to promote some Meritocratic ideas through/to them?

Affordable housing crops up multiple times, I think there’s no curation of demands because otherwise it’d be top by a much higher margin than it is now. A Living Wage follows closely. http://www.livingwage.org.uk/what-living-wage for those who haven’t heard of this before.
