Hey all. In my travels around the internet, I found this resource of free research/academic papers called Academa where the researchers upload to the site. Its quite expansive, but probably lacks really recent material.
It requires you to create an account with it, but after this you can download them for your own use, so it would be really useful if people wanted to write policy or new, more refined political material.
